We pack our orders very carefully and reuse and recycle packaging in order to be as environmentally friendly as possible, and also to keep the costs down of our products and services. We hope you agree that this is better than a fancy box!
If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please return them to us using the following instructions.
As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition and are returned within 14 days, we will be more than happy to provide a refund. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods.

The items must be returned in the condition they were received. All returns must be securely packaged when returned. If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail.
Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.
If you receive an item that is damaged please inform us within three days of receiving the order and contact us before returning the item, as usually we would only need a photograph of the damage to issue a replacement or a refund. It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty and where we have asked you to return it.
